Transforming Culture and Naming Racism in Organizations
August 27, 2019
9:00am - 5:00pm

Bring your team and spend the day learning and practicing how to move through the challenges your organization is facing as it strives to be more equitable and inclusive! This workshop is ideal for nonprofit organizational teams (a minimum of two people, max of five, from the same organization) to develop or strengthen:

  • An understanding of the system of racial inequity and how it operates within organizations

  • A shared awareness of practices that support an inclusive and equitable organizational culture

  • Actionable next steps to implement within your organization

This workshop includes lunch and the cost is $175.00 per person (Two person minimum, 5 person max).

This workshop is designed for nonprofit and community-based organizations. We encourage governmental entities seeking to transform internal culture and name racism to explore resources and training available from the Government Alliance on Race and Equity.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made before August 23, 2019 will receive a 100% refund minus a 5% administrative fee. Cancellations made after this time will incur a 20% administrative fee. No shows will not be eligible for a refund but may be able to apply the cost of the workshop to a future offering.
